Press Release Rice Consulting Submits ISTQB Certification Course, Foundation Level Training in Software Testing Course, for accreditation! 04 April, 2008 Rice Consulting Services is excited to announce that we have officially made application to have our ISTQB software testing certification course,"Foundation Level Course in Software Testing", accredited by the American Software Testing Qualifications Board (ASTQB).This is a course designed for people seeking foundation level certification based on the ISTQB certification program. This course completely covers the current ISTQB syllabus (2007 version) and also provides additional information and guidance in key areas. The terms used in this course are taken from the current ISTQB glossary. Accreditation is how attendees can be assured that the course content covers the ISTQB Foundation Level Syllabus and Glossary. In addition, the reviewers ensure that the course covers the materials at the levels indicated in the syllabus. Once accredited, a training provider is listed on the ASTQB web site and any public training for certification is also listed on the site. The training provider can also use the ISTQB logo.
